This website is owned and operated by Gluten Free Goodness (ABN No.28 848 445 046) and will be referred to as “We”, “our” and “us” in this Internet Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to the Internet Privacy Policy of this web site (“the web site”), which is set out on this web site page.


All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Gluten Free Goodness has the right to cancel the order.

Gluten Free Goodness processes payments via PayPal, Credit Card & Bank Deposit. You do not need an account with us or PayPal to use the credit card function. Orders are not dispatched until payments have cleared or are received.

Personal Information

Personal information about visitors to our site is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. For example, we may need to collect such information to provide you with further services or to answer or forward any requests or enquiries. We will never sell, exchange or otherwise distribute your personal identifiable information, except to the extent required by law. We do not retain the information longer than necessary for normal operations. It is our intention that this policy will protect your personal information from being dealt with in any way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy laws in Australia.

Product Orders

Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age. We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website. Postage of products is an additional cost, which is processed at the time of checkout. Next business Day delivery may not be fulfilled as stock may not be on hand, if you require your items ASAP please contact us before placing your order. Items are processed and sent via courier or Australia Post within 48 hours of payment received. Gluten Free Goodness holds the right to reject orders & full refunds will be issued if this is the case.  All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods, claims can be made but will have expected delays until they are processed through the courier or post services used.


Refunds are processed when any product delivered to you is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must email us at [email protected] and provide photo evidence of damaged goods which will be assessed by Gluten Free Goodness and third party suppliers. If items are unable to be replaced, reimbursement for the product will be provided via Paypal or bank deposit


We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our sites, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure & information provided to us is at your own risk

Intellectual Property

Gluten Free Goodness reserves all rights to images, trademarks and logos on this website. The unauthorised use of items listed may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.


Gluten Free Goodness reserves the right to delete and clear stock at any time. Products marked as ‘In Stock’ means it is available to purchase & there may be delivery delay (see ‘About Us’) due to delivery periods from our suppliers. Products marked ‘Not In Stock’ means they are not available for purchase via our supplier and back order is an option. From time to time Gluten Free Goodness will not be able to fulfill orders due to stock being available, customers will be informed and offered a refund or back order for items not available
