Gluten Free Goodness aims to have cheaper postage Australia Wide so that everyone can enjoy our range of products. Our New Rates are listed in our Shopping cart, once you get through to the Shipping option select your STATE from the drop down box.

ORDERS TO REMOTE ISLANDS OR AREAS OUTSIDE OF GENERAL POST AREAS WILL BE CALCULATED AFTER AN ORDER IS RECEIVED OR CAN BE QUOTED PRIOR TO AN ORDER BEING PLACED

 

BULK ORDERS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE FLAT RATE POSTAGE. IF YOU REQUIRE A BULK ORDER PLEASE USE 'BULK ORDERS' IN SHIPPING BOX AT CHECKOUT

 

 

PO BOXES

Gluten Free Goodness is happy to deliver to PO Boxes as long as they meet our required guidelines. PO Boxes can ONLY SELECT THE PO BOX Shipping (At checkout, under 'Select Your State' only when items are below 5kg and fit into a 5kg Post Office Shipping Box. If the order does not meet these guidelines, customers will be notified via email and will have the option to supply a home or work address OR pay the difference for the shipping rates via Australia Post (If buyer stil prefers PO Box Delivery) I understand this is frustrating for some of our customers but with Australia Post's increase in costs I can not continue to send parcels via Australia Post within my Flat Rates. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Delays will occur to orders that have not entered the correct postage amount & will not be shipped until full payment has been received. The price increase has been applied due to the increasing costs for Couriers & Australia Post. Applying this small increase ensures that our products will stay at the same great prices!

Items are processed within 1-2 business day & generally dispatched between 2-4 days of being ordered, exceptions apply with bulk purchases as these are ordered in and can take between 2 - 4 days to come to us, they are then shipped out to customers. Schar bread orders are dispatched after 1 working day as we collect these from our supplier to ensure a longer shelf life for our customers. As we are a home based company we do not always have enough stock on hand as we simply do not have the space (we would love a warehouse as we grow) If any of the products ordered are not in stock with the supplier I will try my best to seek the product elsewhere but if the product is still not available our customers are notified within 36 hours and either a refund will be issued or a back order can be created for the good not received. Back orders do not have additional postage fees, these products are shipped out free of charge.

 

All parcels are shipped via Courier (SmartSend Couriers) or Australia Post. All goods shipped with courier will be delivered without a signature required - unless stated otherwise by the customer & tracking will be sent to your email address provided. Australia Post provides a free tracking service so that you can monitor your parcels delivery but no signature will be required.

 

Our Customer Service Team will always keep you in the loop when it comes to your parcel, our team will also send you your tracking information.

 

Gluten Free Goodness does not take responsibility for loss of goods once delivered without a signature. All parcels have insurance should they go missing in transit.

As our couriers are under the pump at this time of year it will not be unusual for delays to occur, there may be delays in courier items being collected from me and possible delays in deliveries to our clients. The courier teams at Courier Please, Fastway and Star Track are working hard to get parcels out to you on time :) We thank you for your understanding!

 

 

Returns

Gluten Free Goodness endeavours to provide you with the highest quality of products. If your products are damaged via transit you will be required to contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving goods to admin@glutenfreegoodness.com.au and provide photo evidence of the damaged goods.

 

The damaged products must be returned to us within 14 days to receive a refund or replacement.
